SPSC Combined Competitive Examination 2013 — Islamiat. Thursday 9 April 2015 · 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm · Maximum marks: 150. Attempt any Five questions. All questions carry equal marks.

  1. 1Write a brief note on the conception of God in Islam and explain the importance of Tauheed and Finality of Prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad (SAWS) as the most important belief in Islam.

  2. 2Zakat occupies a position of fundamental importance in the Islamic economic system. Explain in detail with reference to system of distributive justice.

  3. 3Write short notes on the Rights and Duties of the following: (a) Non-Muslims (b) Neighbours (c) Relatives

  4. 4Explain Human dignity. How Islam recognizes it and what efforts have been adopted to maintain the superiority of man?

  5. 5Allah Almighty sent Prophets to lead mankind out of darkness into the light. Discuss the necessity and significance of Prophets along with their exclusive characteristics.

  6. 6Discuss the main causes, consequences and importance of Battle of Badar. Whether this battle was defensive or an offensive. Please Comment.

  7. 7What were the initial difficulties faced by Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A) as First Caliph of Islam? Discuss.
