PPSC past papers: what you will find here
The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) recruits officers and staff for the Government of Punjab through written tests — mostly one-paper MCQ tests of general knowledge, Pakistan studies, Islamic studies, current affairs, English and the subject of the post.
PPSC past papers are being added to CSS Nexus. You can also read PPSC papers typed out as text, shared by CSS Nexus and candidates, and attempt timed PPSC practice quizzes for posts such as Transport Sub Inspector and Intelligence Officer.
Because PPSC often repeats questions from earlier tests, solving past papers is one of the best ways to prepare for any PPSC post.
Frequently asked questions
Are the PPSC past papers free?+
Yes. Every PPSC past paper on CSS Nexus is free to read online and download as a PDF, with no sign-up.
Do PPSC questions repeat?+
Often, yes — especially general knowledge, Pakistan studies and Islamic studies MCQs. That is why practising past papers is so useful for PPSC tests.
Can I share a PPSC paper I attempted?+
Yes. Use “Submit a paper” on this page; after review it is published with your name so other candidates can practise.
Are there PPSC practice tests?+
Yes. CSS Nexus has timed, 100-mark PPSC practice quizzes (Transport Sub Inspector, Intelligence Officer and a past paper test series), with your score and the correct answers after you submit.
How do I find a PPSC paper for a particular subject or year?+
Type the subject in the Subject box at the top of this page and pick a year from the Year box. Each paper also has its own page, and each subject has a page listing all its years.
